Registration & Submission deadlines
- Registration and Abstract Submission Open: July 1, 2025
- Early-Bird Registration Deadline: January 31, 2026
- Regular Registration Opens: February 1, 2026
- Abstract Submission Deadline: February 15, 2026
Abstract submission
- Abstract should be written in english only and must not exceed 350 words.
- Abstracts should be sent before the abstract submission deadline. After this date, they will not be eligible for short-talk oral selection and will be considered as "late abstract session".
- Up to 18 abstracts will be selected by the organization committee for oral presentations. Participants will be notified of their oral presentation at the latest by end of February 2026.
- 1 poster prize and 1 oral presentation prize will be selected among PhD student and postdoctoral fellow presenting authors, by the organization committee and invited speakers.
- Poster specifications. Posters need to be printed in portrait orientation. Maximum size for the posters: 180 cm (height) x 100 cm (width).
