Channelopathy meeting is a premier international scientific conference dedicated to the advancement of ion channel diseases to foster global dialogue and accelerate discoveries in the field. Ion channels are essential regulators of membrane potential, intracellular signaling, and ion homeostasis. Mutations and functional disruptions in ion channels are implicated in a wide range of disorders—collectively known as channelopathies—including cystic fibrosis, epilepsies, cardiac arrhythmias, neuropathic pains, myotonia, myopathies, neurodevelopment disorders, cancers, etc. The field evolves rapidly, driven by new technologies and an expanding understanding of channels structures and functions in both excitable and non-excitable cells.
Channelopathy 2026 will bring together leading scientists, early-career investigators, and clinical researchers to present cutting-edge, unpublished research on normal and pathologic ion channels including genetics, structure, gating mechanisms, trafficking, and function regulation.
